Sr. Support Specialist (1 Year fixed term contract)

Job Summary
Sr. Support Specialist responsible for Level 1 IT/HR Helpdesk support across HR, IT, Finance, and benefits for a remote-first global organization. Handles day-to-day queries, triages using Zoho Absence Management, Zendesk, and ServiceNow; maintains and audits employee records and processes forms related to HR activities (new hires, changes, benefits, terminations); administers benefits for customers and professionals; communicates with professionals, customers, and external partners; coordinates with internal Centers of Excellence and external service providers; assists with payroll data and audits data changes to ensure timely payments; contributes to continuous improvement of HR processes and SOPs; supports company initiatives and policy reviews; works in shifts (Wednesday–Sunday night shift). Key tools and requirements include Zoho IT Helpdesk, Zendesk, ServiceNow, Peoplesoft/Workday/SAP, HRMS knowledge, and strong organizational and collaboration skills.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in global shared services or HR/IT Helpdesk
- 2+ years global HR shared service experience preferred
- IT Helpdesk background with Zoho IT Helpdesk expertise
- Proficient in English; additional languages advantageous
- Experience with Zoho Absence Management, Zendesk, ServiceNow
- Experience handling payroll data, audits of data changes, and HR processes
- Strong customer-facing, process-oriented, and data-management skills
- Ability to work in an international team and dynamic shifts (Wed-Sun)
- Knowledge of HRMS tools (Peoplesoft/Workday/SAP/Zoho/Zendesk/ServiceNow) and SLAs/KPIs
