Job Summary
Provide technical support for Python-based adapters and services, resolving alerts and conducting Level 1 & 2 investigations on MuleSoft components. Deploy, upgrade, and tune applications, ESB/middleware, and runtime servers while collaborating with customer, application, and product teams to ensure deadlines are met. Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort through automation and utilize monitoring tools like Splunk, Zabbix, and AppDynamics for faster troubleshooting. Work flexible hours in shifts to support 24x7 production operations across global teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- STEM preferred
- Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in Software development/support
- Ability to work flexible hours in shifts
- Ability to support 24x7 production support operations
- Strong customer facing skills
- Communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong knowledge of service management processes like incident, service request, change and problem
- Working knowledge of ticket tracking tools like Salesforce/Service now/Jira
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Good working knowledge on SQL (preferably Microsoft SQL server)
- Working knowledge of API's (REST and SOAP)
- Experience in using monitoring tools (Splunk, Zabbix, AppDynamics) and dashboards for faster troubleshooting
- Experience with Active MQ, Message Broker or other JMS based messaging platforms like Kafka, Rabbit MQ
- Experience in using ARM for monitoring and analysis of the environments
- Experience in working on Windows and Linux Operating System
- Experience troubleshooting/Managing Runtime Servers
- Experience working with Python & Mulesoft Connectors - Standard/Custom
- Experience troubleshooting and performance tuning of ESB/middleware components
- Experience working with any Planning or Execution Systems
- Prior systems administration/application configuration management experience
- Ability to adapt and respond to fast moving & changing project environments
- Capable of facilitating (design sessions, conflict resolutions, brainstorming, etc.) meetings
- Well organized
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to multi-task
- Willingness to learn BY Solution knowledge to optimize support and troubleshooting interactions and time
