Job Summary
Support daily trading operations for High Touch/Low Touch cash Equities, SWAP, and F&O desks. Conduct FIX testing and certifications for clients, vendors, brokers, and dark/lit pools. Collaborate with infrastructure teams to establish and maintain connectivity between external parties and the firm. Lead support across Asia, US, and Europe markets in rotating shifts, working closely with FIX teams in Pune, the US, and Australia. Perform additional trade support functions as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline(s)
- Minimum of 5 years proficiency in FIX technology
- Experience in FIX certification and FIX client on-boarding
- Experience preferably in Broker Dealer environment
- Proven experience in Cameron FIX or Appia or other FIX engines
- Excellent knowledge of Cash Equity business, SWAP, Future & Options business in a DMA/DSA, Agency and Program FIX environment
- Good understanding of Trade Flow systems needed for DMA/DSA trade booking especially in ID markets like CONNECT, Korea, Taiwan and India
- Good knowledge of exchange rules of Asian markets
- Good understanding of Order Management Systems like Fidessa, Flextrade etc
- Good understanding of Front end systems like Bloomberg, ITG etc
- Good exposure in FIX testing tools like VeriFIX
- Good exposure in FIX monitoring tools like KIBANA, Grafana, Logstash, Elastic search, ITRS, etc
- Good exposure in change & incident management tools like SNOW
- Must be self-starter and be able to work independently
- Excellent communications skills and the ability to interact with Vendors and Traders
