Sr. Supply Chain Planner

Job Summary
Manage all demand plans in the company ERP system and build consensus forecasts using multiple demand signals to inform the supply plan. Monitor data accuracy, resolve demand issues, and lead weekly SIOP meetings to identify risks and address inventory deviations. Build the Master Production Plan across all portfolios, generate material requirements plans for purchasing, and partner with plant operations to develop production schedules. Facilitate the Supply Review Process, coordinate distribution requirements planning from manufacturing to warehouses, and reconcile third-party site inventories. Process purchase orders and production reporting from contract manufacturers while serving as subject matter expert for ERP planning functions. Identify new vendor partnerships and support product launches with marketing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Materials Management, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in purchasing, production planning/scheduling, or materials management
- Broad planning and ERP experience, including hands-on work with computerized MRP/ERP systems
- Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to discuss technical issues with colleagues, suppliers, and customers
- Willingness and ability to travel to manufacturing facilities and suppliers as needed
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence, with a track record of motivating and inspiring teams
- Demonstrated leadership in driving change and improving process/system integrity
- A relentless focus on quality and exceeding customer expectations
Desired Qualifications
- Planning and ERP experience within chemical manufacturing
- Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Materials Management, or a related field
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Platform
- Certification in SIOP, Inventory Management, or Planning (e.g., APICS/ASCM CPIM)
