Job Summary
The Senior Supply Chain Manager at Xylem will lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, overseeing planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory management. The role focuses on driving operational efficiency, cost optimization, and continuous improvement. The candidate must develop supply chain strategies, manage supplier relationships, oversee logistics and compliance, and lead a team of supply chain professionals. This position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of relevant experience, with proven skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and team leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 7+ years of supply chain experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- Experience managing import/export operations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into action
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and data analysis tools
