Sr Supply Chain Coordinator (HS)

Sr Supply Chain Coordinator supporting procedural supplies, linens, scrubs, and equipment across UH, Ross, and Same Day perioperative services. Responsibilities include forecasting, requisitioning, inventory control, implant/consignment management, managing case picking, maintaining two-bin Kanban systems in procedural areas, coordinating with clinical and supply chain staff and vendors on expiration tracking, cycle counting, annual physical inventory, par level analysis, product trials, conversions, discontinuations, and preference card management; ensuring accreditation/audit standards; proactively resolving charge capture errors to prevent stockouts and missed revenue; and analyzing data to drive cost savings and item evaluations. Requires lean supply chain experience and collaboration with clinical staff to maintain organized storage location flow and overall operational efficiency.
