Job Summary
Senior Supplier Onboarding & Operations Specialist hired to own end-to-end supplier onboarding, vendor master governance, risk and due diligence, and audit-ready documentation. You will validate onboarding materials, manage supplier risk segmentation and mitigation actions, support audits with evidence and data extracts, investigate discrepancies across vendor master data and POs/invoices, and drive automation and process improvements in collaboration with Procurement, AP, Finance, Compliance, IT, and Logistics. The role requires oversight of governance controls, data accuracy for master data and risk tools, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement in a hybrid based in Budapest. Technologies and domains include ERP and procurement systems, risk screening (D&B, Equifax, Qichacha, Exiger), RPA/automation opportunities, and logistics data management.
Required Qualifications
- College or University degree
- 5+ years of experience in Procurement
