Sr. Supervisor, Manufacturing Formulation

Schedule, plan, and coordinate production activities while operating and maintaining manufacturing support equipment including autoclaves, vial washers, and biosafety cabinets. Support cell culture and bioreactor operations from thaw through TFF on the production floor, ensuring full cGMP compliance through on-the-floor observation, direction, and participation. Revise and review Batch Production Records, Standard Operating Procedures, and deviation reports, then manage direct reports and oversee the setup of new manufacturing processes. Coordinate validation, maintenance, and technology transfer activities with supporting departments to ensure regulatory compliance. This full-time onsite role requires a Wednesday through Saturday schedule with 10-hour days and flexibility for overtime or weekends. A related Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or Chemical Engineering plus three to five years of cGMP formulation experience is required.
