Job Summary
This role leads the planning and execution of the Maintenance Training Program, enhancing the skills and safety culture of the maintenance team. Responsibilities include providing hands-on training in mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration disciplines, developing training materials, managing student records, and coordinating schedules across all shifts. The position requires a high school diploma, at least 4 years of industrial maintenance experience, proficiency in Microsoft applications, strong communication skills, and a good safety record. Relocation assistance is offered.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years industrial maintenance experience
- Completed Level 8 in the Tyson Foods Maintenance Training Program
- Competent in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven good safety and attendance record
- Strong management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in any applicable training topics or techniques
