Job Summary
The Sr Superintendent- Multifamily oversees the construction of multifamily residential projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion while maintaining safety and quality regulations. Responsibilities involve leading project teams, managing subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
Desired Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in multifamily construction
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and safety standards
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and implementation of safety protocols
- Experience with Procore or similar project management software
