Sr. Superintendent (Multi-Family Construction)

Job Summary
Oversee all field operations on complex multifamily construction projects, managing multiple Superintendents, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure completion safely, on time, and within budget. Lead schedule development, sequencing, and execution while supervising site mobilization, logistics, and QA/QC efforts for final inspections. Mentor subordinate Superintendents and field staff, driving accountability through look-ahead schedules, milestone tracking, and accurate submission of documentation, RFIs, and field reports. Maintain strong relationships with ownership, consultants, and external partners by leading weekly subcontractor meetings and serving as the field liaison during OAC meetings. Requires minimum 10 years of construction supervision experience, OSHA 30-hour certification, and a valid CA Driver's License. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent
- OSHA 30-hour certification
- CPR/First-Aid certification
- Valid CA Driver's License
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PM Web or similar construction management software
- Deep understanding of construction drawings, technical documentation, and field sequencing
- Proven ability to lead large-scale projects with professionalism, discipline, and foresight
- Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams and interface with executives and stakeholders
