Seeking a Senior Superintendent (Concrete/Steel) at Takco Construction with over 10 years of leadership experience in construction, specializing in industrial/manufacturing projects, responsible for site activities, team mentorship, and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of field construction leadership
- 5+ years in senior-level superintendent or general superintendent roles
- Proven track record managing industrial/manufacturing projects involving complex concrete and steel systems
- Deep understanding of construction means, methods, sequencing, and field logistics
- Demonstrated ability to mentor teams, enforce safety standards, and deliver projects within cost and schedule parameters
Desired Qualifications
- OSHA 30 Certification preferred
- NCCER or ACI/PCI quality certifications preferred
