Job Summary
Sr. Superintendent responsible for the overall direction of field operations, project scheduling, and labor-budget outcomes on commercial construction projects; leads field teams and subcontractors, ensures safety, quality control, cost management, and timely project completion; collaborates with project managers, owners, architects, and engineers; drives self-perform trades, client satisfaction, and professional representation of Pepper Construction; requires leadership, schedule development, manpower planning, cost control, and strong relationship-building with clients and officials.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, preferred
- 15+ years or more experience in a field supervision role in commercial construction
- 10+ completed projects, run independently
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
