Job Summary
Senior-level Migration Delivery Lead responsible for leading complex customer migration engagements from inception to go-live, acting as the technical and business liaison between customers, Account Teams, and the Global Delivery Center. Drive AI-driven delivery through automation/toolkits, orchestrate cross-team collaboration, own pod-level project tasks and timelines, and deliver scalable, automated transformation with deep SME guidance in Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or Tableau. Partner with GDC and Outbound Product to align roadmaps, capture real-world feedback, and optimize migration outcomes while ensuring effective stakeholder communication and escalation during cutover and incidents. Focus on accelerating time-to-value through AI-enabled discovery, mapping, and code conversion, and advocate for tool optimization based on field insights.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Professional Services, Customer Success, or Technical Consulting with a focus on large-scale migrations
- Deep hands-on experience in Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or Tableau
- Demonstrated ability to drive business value, facilitate technical discussions, and handle objections at stakeholder level
- Ability to translate complex technical architectures into business terms and guide customers through complex data transformations
- Experience working with global/offshore delivery models (GDC)
- Platform Mastery of Salesforce core or specialized clouds (Marketing/Data/Revenue/Tableau)
- Familiarity with using AI agents or automation tools for data mapping, sentiment analysis, or task automation
- Understanding of how target cloud integrates with telephony, third-party data sources, and self-service portals
- Certifications in relevant domains (e.g., Marketing Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist, Data Cloud Consultant, Tableau Desktop Specialist) as Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as an Individual Contributor leading multi-million dollar transformation projects
- Advanced AI Associate or Agentblazer certifications
