Required Qualifications
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of Project Management or Marketing Operations experience
- Proven experience in project management
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage through ambiguity
- Detail oriented
- Agency experience, or experience working with an agency
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills
- Collaborative team player with ability to co-create with passion
- Strong organization and planning skills
