Sr Staff Strategic Planning Specialist

Job Summary
Lead sustainability initiatives by driving projects and managing progress for internal ESG efforts, including SSBJ and MSA compliance. Support strategy planning for materiality, KPIs, and risk management while coordinating internal adjustments and preparing documentation. Evaluate and report on company ESG performance, ensuring alignment with external rating agencies like FTSE, MSCI, and DJSI to implement improvement measures. Build relationships with diverse stakeholders to advance initiatives and analyze global trends to ensure regulatory compliance. This role requires knowledge of frameworks such as GRI, SASB, and CSRD, along with experience in ESG evaluations and data analysis tools. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional projects in a fast-paced global technology environment.
Required Qualifications
- GRI、SASB、CSRDをはじめとする各種サステナビリティ開示フレームワークおよび関連規制に関する知識
- ESG評価(MSCI、FTSE、DJSI、Sustainalytics等の外部評価)に関する知識・実務経験
- サステナビリティ開示、統合報告書作成、インパクト評価に関する知識または経験
- 高い論理的思考力および分析力
- Excel、Tableau、Power BI等のデータ分析ツールを活用したデータ分析経験
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力、プレゼンテーション能力およびリサーチ能力
- 複数の部門やステークホルダーを巻き込みながらプロジェクトを推進した経験
- 日本語および英語によるビジネスレベル以上のコミュニケーション能力
- 国際的な視野を持ち、テクノロジー業界におけるスピード感のあるグローバル環境で業務を遂行できる能力
- 外部開示や証跡管理に求められる高い正確性と細部への注意力
- サステナビリティ領域に対する高い関心と継続的な学習意欲
- 当社では、ハイブリッド勤務モデルを採用しており、従業員は週に2日間リモートワークを行うことができます。同時に、残りの日はチームとしてオフィスに集まり、協働を強化しています。出社指定日は火曜日から木曜日で、イノベーション、コラボレーション、そして継続的な学習に取り組む日としています。
Desired Qualifications
- EcoVadis、CDP、S&P Global CSA、FTSE、MSCI等のESG評価への対応経験
- GRI、SASB、ISSB、TCFD、CSRD、Modern Slavery Act等のサステナビリティ関連フレームワークおよび規制に関する知識
- 半導体、エレクトロニクス、製造業、テクノロジー企業、またはグローバル企業での実務経験
- レポート、方針書、マニュアル、研修資料、経営層向け資料等の作成経験
