Job Summary
Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer at Coupang Ads Growth leads the next-generation AI-enabled advertising platform. You will architect and scale Agentic AI systems (multi-agent orchestration, planning, memory, autonomous reasoning pipelines) using frameworks like ReAct and LangGraph, implement post-training reward-based optimization (RLHF/RLAIF), and drive LLM fine-tuning, distillation, and high-throughput serving. You’ll explore massive ad datasets to translate insights into measurable performance metrics (CTR, CVR, tROAS), establish long-term technical roadmaps, author bilingual design documents, and promote engineering excellence through testing, CI/CD, and optimized AI workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Strong communication skills for global collaboration.
- 10+ years of professional experience in applied machine learning with production ML systems.
- Experience with Agentic AI systems (multi-agent orchestration, planning, memory, autonomous reasoning pipelines; e.g., ReAct, LangGraph).
- Strong software engineering practices (Python, automated testing, CI/CD, scalable system design).
- Proven technical leadership with ability to set directions and align cross-functional teams.
