Job Summary
Senior HRBP responsible for partnering with regional business leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives, address talent management and organizational development challenges, participate in HR projects, and support change management during organizational transformation. Must have at least 5 years in HR, strong analytical and communication skills, ability to influence stakeholders, and English proficiency at CEFR B2 level or above (preferably in a global company context). The role emphasizes collaborating across HR teams, driving initiatives for growth, and shaping the future of the organization in Japan.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to independently resolve complex employee relations issues
- Ability to foster a positive organizational culture, enhance employee motivation, and influence stakeholders across the organization
- Proficiency in English communication (CEFR B2 level or above preferred)
