Job Summary
Lead and architect AI-enabled software solutions using Claude Code and agentic workflows to deliver scalable, high-quality enterprise applications. Responsibilities include evaluating legacy systems for replacement, coding integrated AI-driven modules, maintaining and iterating AI-generated codebases and deployment pipelines, diagnosing performance and security issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate software needs into agentic prompt parameters and designs, and contributing to MVP proposals to compare internal development velocity against SaaS offerings. Expect emphasis on modern cloud-native architectures, robust APIs, secure coding practices, technical specification creation, and mentorship to upskill teammates on Claude Code and agentic workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience; minimum 7 years IT experience; Eligibility to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship offered
