Job Summary
Manage GaN project schedules via Smartsheet and track NPI fab lot status while collaborating with marketing, product, and device teams to execute NPI gates and ensure timely datasheet completion. Lead qualification activities by defining methodologies with reliability engineers, managing wafers, and overseeing lot start requests. Execute yield analysis, establish PAT/GDBN and SYL/SBL protocols, and generate CP and FT reports for engineering and qualification lots. Define CP, FT, and QC test plans to maintain project momentum. This role supports the development of new power ICs within a collaborative team focused on personal computers, gaming consoles, and smart devices.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experiences or related
- MS degree and above
- GaN power experience required
