Job Summary
Senior/Staff EE Engineer for PSU design at Flex, located in Taipei Wugu, Taiwan. Responsibilities include designing high power density AC/DC PSU and power shelf system for server, telecom, datacenter and industrial applications; supporting RFI and RFQ and providing design proposals; delivering PSU design solutions and design reviews with customers; component standardization; driving cost reduction; overall project ownership from kickoff to MP; tolerance analysis and simulation; and travel overseas as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or above degree in electronics or electrical
- 8+ years' experience for PSU, UPS, BBU or EV charger design
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills (in Mandarin and English)
- Be highly passionate and interested in PSU development
- Capability of independent research and working with new technologies
- Strong sense of responsibility; willing to travel overseas
