Job Summary
Senior-level Cybersecurity Engineer to lead the Data Loss Prevention program across endpoints, networks, and cloud perimeters. Key responsibilities include writing custom detection logic and queries to identify data exfiltration risks, threat hunting across cloud and on-prem environments, leading AI data governance initiatives to monitor data flows for enterprise AI tools and LLMs, architecting data flows and policy enforcement across Email, Web, and Messaging channels, driving program rollout and optimization, incident escalation as the subject matter expert, and contributing to a 24/7 on-call rotation. The role requires strong hands-on implementation experience with DLP and IR solutions, ability to translate complex data-flow concepts into risk assessments for business units and executives, and the capacity to work independently or in cross-functional teams. The position is remote within the contiguous United States with sponsorship options for work authorization and a travel component up to 20%, including occasional travel to the Fort Worth, TX headquarters.
Required Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data loss prevention, incident response or related roles
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, cybersecurity, or related field
- Proficiency in Python or Java for automation, scripting, and tool development
- Experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Incident Response solutions (e.g., zScaler, Microsoft Purview, Symantec DLP, Splunk)
- Strong understanding of modern enterprise data flows and security controls
- Experience leading technical programs and translating technical concepts to executives
