Sr Staff Contracts Analyst (San Diego / Hybrid)

Job Summary
Negotiate, structure, and administer contractual documents establishing business relationships with vendors, customers, and partners. Review contracts for compliance with company policy, government specifications, and legal requirements while collaborating with sales, service, and legal teams. Assist cross-functional groups with contract proposals, maintain up-to-date knowledge of sales and contracting processes, and provide training on department procedures. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes, organize stakeholder meetings, and support the implementation of software systems for legal groups. Where appropriate, supervise and mentor analysts, create performance goals, and conduct reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree
- 8 years and a Master's degree
- PhD with 5 years of experience
- Ability to grasp quickly business objectives and handle multiple matters simultaneously
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and drafting skills, with a keen attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to deal effectively with a broad range of personalities and cultures
- Must be able to collaborate and work with other departments such as Finance, Sales
- Must reside in the San Diego, CA area and be able to commute to our offices
- 2-3 in-office days per week
- Additional on-site presence as needed
- Full-time role, Monday through Friday
