Job Summary
Senior AI Engineer leading AI Advisory for GenAI/AI agents within Blue Yonder’s Supply Chain Advisory AI team. Design, build, and operationalize advanced AI/ML solutions addressing real-world supply chain challenges; architect GenAI-powered agents with prompt/context engineering, RAG, and multi-agent orchestration; translate business problems into AI-driven predictions and recommendations to deliver measurable outcomes. Lead rapid customer POCs and pilots, guide adoption and change management, and ensure seamless integration with enterprise platforms. Communicate AI strategy, risks, and value to technical, business, and executive stakeholders; collaborate with customers, product, and engineering to deliver scalable, production-ready implementations. Maintain current knowledge of ML/GenAI advancements and contribute to best practices and delivery standards.
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of hands-on professional experience in data science, machine learning, advanced analytics, AI engineering, data engineering or software engineering within enterprise-scale environments
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and modern data engineering practices (ETL/ELT, data pipelines)
- Experience with modern AI/GenAI capabilities including agent-based systems, RAG, prompt/context engineering, multi-agent orchestration, model fine-tuning, and LLM-based solution design
- Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
