Job Summary
Administer, monitor, and maintain enterprise Microsoft SQL Server environments, focusing on design, implementation, and support of high availability and disaster recovery solutions. Automate administration tasks including provisioning, patching, upgrades, deployments, backups, and health checks while performing installation, configuration, and migrations. Configure Always On Availability Groups, clustering, and replication to ensure operational excellence. Optimize performance through query tuning, execution plan analysis, and index management. Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and DevOps teams to deliver secure, scalable platforms on Azure, AWS, or OCI. Maintain documentation and troubleshoot complex production incidents to improve reliability.
