Sr. Speech Pathologist Full-time, Day shift

Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, cognition, swallowing, voice, and auditory functions to establish individualized treatment and discharge plans. Deliver therapy interventions using established protocols, provide education and training to staff on technical skills, and serve as a technical specialist for daily cases. Complete accurate clinical documentation within deadlines and communicate effectively with physicians and other health professionals. Maintain departmental in-service standards and participate in assigned special projects. Requires Master's degree, state licensure, CCC-SLP certification, and BLS/CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree or foreign equivalent
- Speech Pathologist licensure in the state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- All required vaccinations
- Access to and reading of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
Desired Qualifications
- Three years' technical experience
- American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
