Sr. Speech Pathologist Full-time, Day shift

Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, cognition, swallowing, and auditory functions to establish individualized treatment plans. Deliver therapy interventions using appropriate protocols, model technical skills to mentor staff, and communicate care plans with physicians and other health professionals. Complete accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines and participate in departmental special projects as assigned. Maintain licensure and CCC-SLP certification while adhering to hospital safety standards and vaccination requirements. Located in San Joaquin County, this full-time day shift role supports Adventist Health's mission of inspiring health and wholeness across the West Coast.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree or foreign equivalent
- Speech Pathologist licensure in the state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- All required vaccinations
- Access to and understanding of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
Desired Qualifications
- Three years' technical experience
- American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
