Job Summary
Sr. Specialist Workforce Operations & Experience drives the design and scaling of a high-performing store staffing model for in-house and 3PL teams, oversees vendor governance and compliance, manages onboarding/offboarding, attrition and fraud prevention, and partners with regional markets to ensure operational readiness and sustainable growth across darkstore and warehouse locations. The role emphasizes workforce planning and strategy, 3PL governance, compliance and financial controls, engagement and retention programs (R&R), and KPI-driven optimization, with strong emphasis on analytical skills, advanced Excel/Sheets, and dashboarding tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in workforce management, retention, R&R, manpower planning, or vendor/3PL management, preferably within darkstore or warehouse operations
