Job Summary
Sr Specialist, Talent & Performance Enablement responsibilities include coordinating performance cycles (goal setting, mid-year and year-end), supporting succession planning and talent reviews, executing engagement surveys, maintaining talent data in Workday, preparing reports, dashboards, and summaries across performance, engagement, and succession, supporting severance-based offboarding, and driving continuous improvement of tools, templates, and processes. Requires 3–5 years in HR, Talent Management, or related roles, strong organizational and project coordination skills, high attention to detail, comfort with systems/data, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in HR, Talent Management, HR Operations, or related roles
- Experience supporting structured processes or programs
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
