Job Summary
Strategic Talent & Org Partnership responsible for aligning talent strategy, org design, workforce planning, change management, and culture enablement with business priorities. Partners with HRBPs and leaders to translate strategy into scalable organizational interventions, leadership development, and actionable talent solutions. Key deliverables include organization design, workforce planning, change management, culture shaping, and leadership interventions, with an emphasis on embedding new ways of working into routines and processes. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5–8+ years of experience in HR/Talent/Organization Effectiveness or related consulting roles; professional HR certification is a plus. Flex Workplace with primary location at a home office; must live within commuting distance of a Dexcom site. Location options include San Diego, CA and Mesa, AZ.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 5–8+ years of progressive experience in HR, Talent, Organization Effectiveness, or related consulting/partnering roles
- Experience across talent strategy, organization design, workforce planning, change management, and culture initiatives
