Job Summary
Senior-level Sr. Specialist, Strategic Sourcing for Professional Services in Budapest. Responsible for developing and executing Global Supply Management strategic sourcing plans to procure Marketing and/or Finance services, collaborating with stakeholders, conducting supplier negotiations to maximize value, managing supplier relationships, addressing contract/quality/payment issues, and leading RFI/RFP/RFQ processes. Implements supplier management programs, benchmarks market conditions, identifies cost reduction opportunities, and ensures compliance with corporate policies. Requires 2+ years in indirect services sourcing, strong negotiation and analytic skills, and a Bachelor’s degree. Fluent in English; experience in a multinational, matrix environment preferred. Proficient with procurement tools (e.g., Ariba, SAP, Fieldglass) and capable of cross-functional collaboration across Legal and Shared Services.

- Indirect services sourcing experience with multinational company
- 2+ years related work experience in business partner engagement / management, strategic sourcing, relationship management
- Strong experience in commercial and contractual negotiations
- Experience in a multi-cultural, multi-lingual environment
