Job Summary
Senior Shared Services Management role within the Medical Team Member track. Primary activities include resolving customer questions across multi-channel inputs, responding to inquiries from Healthcare Providers via National Service Center, providing select consumer/employee inquiries, documenting interactions and adverse events/product quality complaints, and managing multi-channel communications, workflows, and operating procedures to ensure effective contact-center operations. The role emphasizes scientific/medical information delivery, utilization of knowledge bases and Prescribing Information, and maintaining high customer experience with escalation management and performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or Healthcare Professional Degree (e.g. RN/BSN) or equivalent healthcare experience
- Healthcare experience or experience as a pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative
- Ability to work the required hours: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST
- Scientific Acumen
- Exceptional Customer Service skills & experience
- Strong communication; written & verbal
- Ability to summarize clinical trial/scientific information
- Customer-centric focus
- Attention to detail
- Good typing/computer skills
- Ability to understand scientific information contained in Prescribing Information for products
