Sr Specialist Sales Exec 1-Platinum Mob

Lead Generation and Prospecting: actively hunt for new leads within the assigned territory through external networks and cold calling, meeting or exceeding weekly quotas; engage small and mid-sized business customers to present tailored growth opportunities. Account Development: build and nurture long-term relationships, expand existing accounts, and manage complex accounts to sustain revenue. Consultative Selling: identify needs, overcome objections, and leverage industry knowledge to close sales; develop proposals and RFP responses. Territory focus on mobility/telecom solutions (fiber, wireless, cloud, IoT); drive revenue by prospecting, networking, door knocks, and meeting sales targets. REQUIREMENTS: hunter mindset, strong networking/negotiation skills, valid driver's license with reliable vehicle, 2-5 years of outside/B2B sales experience, knowledge of fiber broadband technology and CRM usage. COMPENSATION: base salary plus commission; salary range $55,000-$92,500 with potential total target compensation up to $110,000-$137,600; 40-hour workweeks; location-based pay considerations for Charlotte and Durham, NC.
