Job Summary
Lead planning and execution of strategic sales events to drive product and service growth; manage event planning, coordination, and on-site execution to ensure high-quality experiences and adherence to regulations; engage with local communities, HOAs, and internal teams to deliver cohesive events and effective on-site sales support; conduct market analysis to identify target audiences and tailor events to maximize impact; manage budgets, forecast and allocate resources, and establish KPIs to measure success; provide on-site coaching and education to consumers and sales partners; collaborate with regional marketing to develop event collateral; requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of related experience; certification is required in some areas; salary range $64,200–$96,400 plus bonus; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, PTO, parental leave, caregiver leave, and more; location: Jacksonville, FL.
