Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end site management from scouting and lease negotiation to serving as the primary point of contact between Talabat and landlords across all locations. Identify, evaluate, and propose suitable real estate options for dark stores, kitchens, and logistics while maintaining a strong pipeline aligned with expansion strategy. Build and maintain relationships with landlords and property managers, leading lease negotiations to secure favorable terms and drive cost optimization. Manage upcoming renewals and exits to mitigate financial risk, conduct due diligence on prospective sites, and ensure compliance with UAE regulations including RERA and Ejari. Coordinate property handovers, address maintenance delays, and contribute insights to streamline real estate operations and improve lead tracking visibility.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in real estate, leasing, or property management
- Proven ability to negotiate commercial contracts and manage stakeholders under time pressure
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and escalating bottlenecks when needed
