Job Summary
Develop network layouts, conduct feasibility studies, and perform capacity planning for radio access networks. Monitor performance metrics, troubleshoot issues including satellite routing problems, and execute RF optimization and capacity management. Deploy network solutions, manage configurations, and oversee installation, maintenance, and validation of wireless systems. Diagnose complex RAN engineering tasks and coordinate installation activities with stakeholders and vendors. Work with independent judgment on expansive projects to implement policy changes that improve efficiency and client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Up to 3 years of related experience
- Certification is required in some areas
- Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) in Engineering preferred
- This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week
- This position requires daily field work
- No relocation is offered
