Job Summary
Serve as the primary subject matter expert for pharmacy network-related Request for Proposal responses and content management. Develop, review, and maintain standardized response content within libraries, ensuring alignment with current network strategy, pricing models, and contractual terms. Research, triage, and respond to internal and external service requests covering network setup, configuration, claims, pricing, and access inquiries. Coordinate cross-functionally with Network Operations, Contracting, and Analytics to investigate issues and drive resolution. Track inquiries through completion, document outcomes, and identify recurring trends for process improvement. Report on KPIs including turnaround time and response accuracy. Work M-F 8am to 5pm with a salary range of $60,214 to $72,547 plus up to 5% STAR bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, pharmacy, or related field
- 3+ years of business experience in PBM sales, proposals, client management, or project management
- Strong understanding of PBM processes, pharmacy benefits, and healthcare industry regulations
- Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
Desired Qualifications
- Pharmacy technician certification
- 3 years of experience in business, finance or economics
