Job Summary
Sr. Specialist, Product Analysis partners with Product Managers to document requirements, support configuration changes, execute testing, and maintain recruiting and onboarding products. Responsible for translating product vision into scalable solutions for Talent Acquisition and onboarding, delivering built-ready configurations, test scripts, release notes, and user training. Drives cross-functional collaboration across HR, TA, onboarding operations, and technology teams to ensure accurate documentation, stable releases, and continuous improvement of TA and onboarding platforms at scale. The role emphasizes ensuring configuration adherence, release readiness, and effective adoption of TA/onboarding capabilities, with a focus on process/documentation quality and opportunity identification for product and UX improvements. Corporate Security requirements and Canada-based compensation context are noted as part of the submission.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in product/business analysis, HR/TA technology, or HR/TA operations
- Proficiency with ATS/CRM platforms and low-/no-code tools, including system configuration
- Familiarity with Workday and/or Phenom People is a plus
- Strong analytical, documentation, testing, and release management capabilities
- Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technical and operational solutions
- Ability to operate independently and drive change and adoption
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional stakeholders
