Job Summary
Sr. Specialist, Learning & Development (Enterprise Learning) leads design, curation, and management of enterprise-wide learning experiences to strengthen core skills, inclusion and well-being, and culture. Collaborates with functional learning owners (Product, Tech, Sales, Customer Operations) and Digital Learning to deliver integrated, accessible, and impactful learning solutions; acts as hands-on learning designer and business consultant to align learning strategy with leadership frameworks and global onboarding. Focus areas include shaping the enterprise learning strategy, content curation, platform management, measurement of impact, cross-functional collaboration (Leadership Development, DEI, Well-being, Communications), and scalable governance of learning programs. The role emphasizes enterprise-wide learning ecosystem design, partner alignment, content management, data-informed improvements, and marketing of learning to drive engagement. Flexible in terms of how and where work is performed, with a 6-month contract assignment.
