Job Summary
Senior Specialist in L&I Organizational Development focused on Conflict Management. Responsible for conflict management services, development of conflict resources, facilitation of conflict training workshops, materials and presentations, designing proactive conflict prevention strategies and managing conflict cases through closure. Includes intake of requests, facilitation of conflict coaching and mediation sessions, designing new courses/workshops, partnering with internal/external resources, and tracking and reporting conflict case data. Partners with OD team and departmental leaders to identify, escalate, and address potential conflict situations, assess organizational effectiveness, and implement interventions to optimize workplace performance.
