Sr Specialist, Integration Partner

Sr Specialist, Integration Partner provides technical guidance to merchants and developers implementing PayPal's payment processing solutions (1st and 3rd party APIs) with a focus on high-quality integration strategies. Responsibilities include identifying and troubleshooting issues across PayPal code, software, hardware, devices, and endpoints; generating and reviewing in-depth technical material for merchants; serving as a technical resource to address product questions with Sales; delivering presentations (in-person and over the phone); leading project communication as a point of contact; contributing to tools and processes to improve supportability and performance; advising management on customer-impacting issues; consulting with external clients to align technical solutions with business priorities; monitoring payment gateway switches, designing multi-tier distributed software, improving scalability and availability, performing code development and reviews, and conducting exploratory data analysis to understand performance drivers. This role supports a balanced hybrid work model with partial telecommuting from within a commutable distance to Scottsdale, AZ.
