Sr. Specialist, Finance Process Excellence

Job Summary
Define, document, and optimize end-to-end finance processes across Source-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report domains. Translate high-level frameworks into detailed sub-process flows, develop SOPs and RACI models, and embed internal controls aligned with accounting policies and audit requirements. Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, and IT to facilitate workshops, validate ERP-ready requirements for SAP S/4HANA implementation, and identify automation opportunities for digital finance transformation. Establish a standardized, scalable finance operating model and maintain a centralized process documentation repository. Based in Charlotte, NC, with occasional travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or transformation roles
- Strong understanding of S2P, O2C, and R2R processes
- Deep knowledge of accounting processes (fixed assets, accruals, prepaid accounting)
- Experience with process documentation and improvement
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person

Desired Qualifications
- SAP S/4HANA experience
- Manufacturing or automotive experience
