Job Summary
Senior Manufacturing Finance Specialist responsible for Supply Chain Finance processes in the T&I Cluster, partnering with Entity, Cluster & Group Finance and Operational teams as a finance business partner. Responsibilities include owning monthly closing activities (Inventory, Fixed Assets, Depreciation, IFRS 16, Timesheet Application), establishing operating rhythms to monitor SCF KPIs (CAPEX, inventories, liquidation, labor rate review), partnering on project costing with Project Finance & PMO, and developing standard processes to improve closing, audit readiness and financial visibility. Requires collaboration across functions and strong Excel/SAP/Oracle/HFM skills, with knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, engineering or related field
- 7+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting
- Mandatory work experience in Manufacturing Finance/Supply Chain Finance/Plant Finance Controller
- Experience working in conglomerate/multinational
- Professional certification in accountancy is advantageous (CMA, DipIFR, etc)
- Experience cross-functionally (Finance with Operations and other functions)
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- (Preferably) SAP, Oracle & HFM/Hyperion proficiency
- (Preferably) IFRS concepts in Supply Chain Finance including Inventory, Fixed Assets, Depreciation, IFRS 16, Timesheet Application
- Experience with USGAAP/ IFRS policies, procedures and reporting
