Senior Specialist role focused on reviewing, investigating, and resolving fraud and dispute claims within Target's Enterprise Services (TES) with an off-phone emphasis on case management, claim processing, and investigative research. Key duties include analyzing account activity and transaction history, reviewing supporting documentation, documenting findings and actions, monitoring queues to ensure timely resolution, maintaining regulatory and policy compliance, and performing high-accuracy data entry and case maintenance. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, effective written communication, and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs. Training is provided for six weeks with a structured onboarding path, followed by a permanent in-office schedule at Target North Campus in Brooklyn Park, MN, with potential shifts (AM/PM) and variable days off when working weekends. Start date: 07/20/2026. Responsibilities may evolve to include outbound or inbound customer communication as needed, and job duties can change to align with business needs.

Required Qualifications
