Job Summary
Senior Associate Data Analyst to transform quantitative data into actionable business insights for clients in the financial sector, focusing on data governance and analytics. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive data analytics to support strategic decision-making, developing and managing reporting mechanisms for clear data interpretation, ensuring robust data governance, providing occasional support in data science and engineering tasks, communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and collaborating with clients and internal teams to optimize data-centric solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Finance, Statistics, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 3 to 5 years of experience in data analytics
- Strong expertise in SQL, PowerBI, Excel and/or Tableau with focus on reporting and data governance
- Proven ability to analyze data, extract insights and articulate reports for senior leaders and stakeholders
- Desirable experience in data science and engineering, especially with Python and Databricks
- Full professional fluency in English (C1)
- Former consulting experience desirable in customer, sales or marketing functions
- Advanced communication and collaboration skills, ability to work independently and manage confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, proven project management skills
