Sr Specialist Cybersecurity - IAM Operations with AI Expertises

Job Summary
Senior IAM Operations Specialist (ServiceNow) owning ITIL-aligned IAM operations with AI-enabled capabilities. Drive end-to-end IAM services (access requests, JML, RBAC enforcement, MFA, integrations) on the ServiceNow platform, apply AI/AIOps to reduce incident noise, improve MTTR and self-service deflection, and integrate AI outputs into workflows. Collaborate with IAM product owners, security, and platform teams to ensure available, compliant, and secure IAM services; implement model performance KPIs, governance, and risk controls; configure Predictive Intelligence, AI Search, Virtual Agent, and Now Assist; maintain runbooks, dashboards, and release readiness; ensure auditability and compliance across REST/SOAP integrations, Flow Designer workflows, and cross-team coordination.
Required Qualifications
- ITIL-based operations experience with ownership of SLAs and major incident response
- Hands-on IAM Operations experience (access request fulfillment, JML, RBAC, MFA, audit/compliance)
- 10+ years of hands-on experience leveraging AI/AIOps in ServiceNow for ITSM/IAM operations (Predictive Intelligence, AI Search, Virtual Agent, Now Assist)
- ServiceNow Predictive Intelligence configuration, training, tuning, performance measurement
- ServiceNow platform scripting and automation (JavaScript); REST/SOAP APIs; Integration Hub; MID Server
- Security/compliance for AI-driven automation (least privilege, auditability)
- CSA and CAD credentials; knowledge of CMDB, ACLs/roles, catalog items, Flow Designer/workflows
- Experience with identity platforms (Azure AD/Entra ID, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, Ping, Active Directory)
- Experience building dashboards in Performance Analytics or custom reporting
- Operational excellence mindset with customer/stakeholder management
- ATF experience for AI-triggered workflow test coverage and regression testing
- Scripting experience in ServiceNow; integration with external systems
- Experience with data pipelines for training/feedback in AI use cases
- Exposure to AI governance and risk considerations in security operations
- Knowledge of joiner/mover/leaver processes and SoD concepts
- Strong problem-solving and RCA skills
