Job Summary
Sr. Specialist, Community Engagement leads day-to-day social-community activities across major platforms, develops platform-specific engagement strategies to grow audience participation and brand affinity, partners cross-functionally around product launches and campaigns, monitors sentiment and trends, establishes feedback loops to inform decision-making, tracks engagement metrics, and serves as a subject-matter expert on social best practices and internet culture. The role emphasizes authentic, culturally relevant community engagement and leveraging AI tools to enhance work quality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3-5 years of experience in community management, social media, digital marketing, or a related field, preferably supporting a consumer-facing brand
- Proven experience developing and executing community engagement strategies across multiple social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Reddit)
- Experience managing integrated social campaigns from planning and execution through measurement and optimization
- Strong understanding of social listening, community management, and analytics tools (Sprinklr, PLOT, or similar)
- Exceptional written communication skills with ability to adapt messaging and brand voice
- Demonstrated ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for sports, performance, health and wellness, technology, and community-driven brands
- Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with high-quality standards
