Job Summary
Coordinate and execute enterprise-wide associate well-being programs covering physical, emotional, financial, and social dimensions. Lead campaigns, challenges, and educational initiatives while partnering with benefit carriers, consultants, and the Employee Assistance Program provider. Administer recognition programs by serving as the primary point of contact for vendor questions and coordinating campaigns that support organizational values. Utilize program data, utilization metrics, and associate feedback to identify trends, recommend improvements, and enhance engagement across a geographically dispersed workforce. Prepare performance reports and maintain documentation to ensure consistent program administration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Benefits, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in employee benefits, Total Rewards, associate wellbeing, recognition, or related HR programs
- Experience supporting or administering associate programs within a corporate environment
- Strong project and program coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience working with HR vendors and external partners
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review program data and identify trends and opportunities
- Strong understanding of medical and insurance program structures and pharmacy benefits terminology
- Ability to engage vendors on utilization
- Ability to analyze program data
- Ability to recommend strategic improvements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Commitment to delivering a positive associate experience
