Job Summary
Sr. Specialist in P&C Sales & Marketing for Allianz Bangkok. Responsible for maintaining and developing relations with all producers and identify business opportunities, planning and implementing marketing activities to achieve defined targets, conducting regular sales and portfolio analyses, monitoring and supporting brokers, promoting relationships within relevant industries, and continuously improving knowledge and skills to ensure quality and progress. Skills emphasized include sales and marketing in the insurance sector, relationship-building, portfolio analysis, and awareness of AI-enabled tools (e.g., ChatGPT, CoPilot 365).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field
- Experience in Sales & MKT insurance business related
- Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot 365, will be an advantage
