Job Summary
Senior Specialist, Value Access New Product Oncology collaborates with cross-functional teams to define access strategy and to craft value messages for oncology products. Supports pre-launch and launch activities by collecting and adapting epidemiological, economic, and organizational evidence, developing pharmacoeconomic models (Budget Impact, Cost-Effectiveness, Cost-Utility) in coordination with global/regional/local functions, and preparing dossiers and materials for pricing, reimbursement, and HTA processes at national, regional, and local levels in Italy. Builds professional relationships with institutional and technical-scientific stakeholders to ensure alignment with HTA and access requirements; supports evidence-generation plans, observational studies, epidemiological analyses, and impact assessments; ensures consistency with access strategy and local regulations. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, plus fluency in English and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint, with a proactive, collaborative, learning-oriented mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Laurea in discipline economiche e/o scientifiche
- Formazione in economia sanitaria, farmacoeconomia, pricing & reimbursement e HTA
- Buona conoscenza di strumenti di valutazione farmacoeconomica e di outcome research
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Ottima conoscenza di Excel e PowerPoint
- Capacità di lavoro in team e project management
